I voluntarily participate in this fundraising activity and understand there are inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. I assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, and release Fourth and Gold, the Robert Family and Phan/Cope family from any and all liability for damages, losses, or injuries arising from my participation."

3. Children must be directly supervised when using the pool and waterslides by an adult over 18 years of age

4. Pets must remain on a leash

5. Trash goes in the trash cans
